Hangry Bear Creamery produces small batch flavors designed by our experts and available in-store by the scoop, pint or quart.

Hangry Bear Creamery flavors are available in pints or quarts for shipment or monthly subscription.

Use the Hangry Bear Builder to create a completely customized flavor for a wedding, birthday or a treat for yourself. Creations are available for pick-up, delivery, or can be shipped.

Book a private party in the Hangry Bear Ice Cream Studio. You and your friends and family can learn about the ice cream making process while creating your own unique flavor.

Enjoy Hangry Bear's unique all day menu of coffee drinks, appetizers and brunch and lunch items. We are partnering with PA Preferred farms and ingredients to bring you fresh and unique options.

Hangry Bear is partners with Old Stone Cider from Lewisville, PA. Enjoy delicious alcoholic ciders, cider slushies, boozy milkshakes or our ice cream Speakeasy flavors containing cider or other PA made beverages.

We are the Shaw Family!

Owner & Operator, Melinda Shaw conceived the concept of Hangry Bear Creamery while managing the University of Delaware's UDairy Creamery for over 12 years. Co-Owner Erick puts things up and puts things down and loves to support the crazy ideas. And even though Charlie (Bear), will only eat chocolate ice cream, he inspires us and reminds us to feed that Hangry Bear.
